Through the contact form and booking form, we collect the following personal data:

  • full name

  • e-mail address

  • telephone number

  • stay dates and guest message

The data is used exclusively for responding to inquiries and processing reservations. It will not be shared with third parties except when necessary to provide the service (e.g., Booking Manager system).

Data is stored electronically and is accessible only to the owner and authorized personnel. Personal data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of inquiry unless a contractual relationship is established.
